Time

Time is money. It is a Treasure and yet we waste it foolishly. We waste it thoughtlessly in meaningless activities. If we take care of time, other things we will take care of themselves automatically.
We all grow in time, live in the time and die in time. But great men and women of the world make the use of time in their best possible way. They know how precious is time.
Every minute is valuable for them and so they take good care of it and so leave their footprints on the Sands of Time. They know that “time and tide wait for none” and that “time once lost can never be recovered”
It is really a delusion to think that we can waste time. On the contrary, time is wasting us. Time is all-powerful.
It is destiny, it is history and civilization. Nothing is beyond time. People want success, happiness, fame, etc., but only a few have these because they know the value of time.
They make the best use of it. Time is an opportunity. If it slips ones for our hand, it can never be had again. Time is more precious than money. It is more powerful than kings and princes.
They come and go but time is forever. It is neither a beginning nor an end. We recognize it as birth, growth, decay, and death. It can be spent using fully or foolishly.
Every person should know the value of time and so make maximum use of it. One can follow the footsteps of a great man. We can see how did they use time, how did they spend their life.

Life

Because life is important, our own life is important. But at the same time, because life is important, our own life is not important.
If we see only one side of this paradox, that is, if we think only our own, personal life is important, we will feel as if we are the center of the universe, expecting the world to revolve around us. Then we will be as if we are standing alone on a mountain top, looking at things and people from a distance, separate from them. Our mind will be standing in a remote place, limited to a small space.
But when we understand that our personal life is not something special, we will know deeply the importance of life
With this understanding, we can let go of self centeredness and practice selflessness with our life so that we can be awake and help others.
So when we come down from the mountain of self-importance, down to reality of life’s true importance, we can go anywhere. Life will have no limitations and mind no limits. To know the real meaning of life’s importance is to know how to extend practice into daily life. In other words, we will know what to do and how to do it and will not wait for somebody else to do it for us. And we will not delude our self into believing that there is no need to do it. Knowing the importance of life in the universal sense, we will not waste time but instead find humility, patience, courtesy, energy, and clarity. When these attributes become indelible in our character, we appreciate our inherent enlightenment.
On the other hand, when our own personal life feels important, we will become careless, arrogant, foolish, and lazy, and act and speak without reflection. We risk becoming separate from people, and from life itself.
We are very old, older than can be imagined. If we cut down a tree and count its growth rings, we can determine the age of the tree. But that is its relative age; our true age cannot be fathomed in that way. True age is beyond time, beyond the limits of mind. At same time, we are very young, born fresh each moment. And our ageless world is also born in that same moment. What is ageless and timeless shows its other side in each moment: its active, creative, transient side, as “lightning flashes in the dark sky.”

Cleanliness

Cleanliness means keeping ourselves neat and clean by avoiding dirt. It is the best practice to keep everything clean. According to the type of things, we can divide cleanliness into various types such as cleaning of clothes, cleaning of streets, cleaning of surroundings, cleaning of houses, cleaning of person, personal cleanliness, etc. In order to maintain our personal cleanliness, we need to practice cleanliness very carefully and make it a most important habit. It is very necessary to maintain the cleanliness of surrounding together with our personal cleanliness. We should understand the importance of cleanliness and do practice of cleaning ourselves and surrounding areas.
We should follow as well as teach kids of home to practice teeth cleaning, hand washing, bathing, and other cleaning habits. People who are used to of keeping themselves dirty, they also keep their surrounding areas and environment dirty and filthy. That’s why they always suffer weakness, weak health, infections, various types of diseases, etc. So, it is very clear that we should keep ourselves and environment clean in order to be healthy, happy and free of diseases.
If we talk about our health (physical, mental, social and psychological), we notice that how important the personal cleanliness and cleaning of environment is necessary for us. The whole environment is our home which we need to keep clean in order to be healthy forever. Some people understand the importance of cleanliness very well and follow all the cleanliness habits; however some of us throw wastes and dirty things on road which gets spoiled and make them ill. If a clean environment can keep our mind and body healthy; in the same way, a dirty environment puts bad effect on our body and mind. Many people suffer infectious diseases because of infectious agents in the dirty environment. Disease causing agents become very active in the dirty and filthy environment and can cause diarrhea, cholera, hepatitis, flu, etc.
People become victim of various diseases in the hospitals because of practice of unsterilized techniques by the doctors and other paramedical staffs. Some doctors do not care about cleanliness in the hospitals because of their money earning habits and spread various fatal diseases among patients and their attendants. We need to raise our hands together for the maintenance of cleanliness in the environment and stop throwing garbage anywhere especially in the populated areas. We should keep our body, mind, homes, streets, schools, offices, etc areas very clean in order to keep us healthy and happy. Kids at home and students in the schools and colleges need to get educated about the importance of cleanliness at national and international level.

Importance of Communication 

Communication is the process of passing information from one person to another. The purpose of communication understands of information. Whatever one wants to say to someone should be clearly understood by him else the very purpose of the communication would be defeated. 
In an organisation communication facilitates the flow of information and understanding between different people and departments through different media using all the channels and networks. This flow of information is vital for managerial effectiveness and decision making in general and for human resource manager in particular as he has to be in contact with the managers of various departments, employees and workers and trade union leaders. 
Communication thus helps understand people better removing misunderstanding and creating clarity of thoughts and expression. It also educates people. The communication may be written or oral, formal, informal, and upward, downward, horizontal, diagonal, interpersonal, intrapersonal, interdepartmental, intra-organisational.

Importance of tress



Trees are vital. As the biggest plants on the planet, they give us oxygen, store carbon, stabilise the soil and give life to the world’s wildlife. They also provide us with the materials for tools and shelter. 

Trees benefit health

The canopies of trees act as a physical filter, trapping dust and absorbing pollutants from the air. Each individual tree removes up to 1.7 kilos every year. They also provide shade from solar radiation and reduce noise.
Over 20 species of British trees and shrubs are known to have medicinal properties. The oil from birch bark, for example, has antiseptic properties.
Research shows that within minutes of being surrounded by trees and green space, your blood pressure drops, your heart rate slows and your stress levels come down.

Trees benefit the environment

Trees absorb carbon dioxide as they grow and the carbon that they store in their wood helps slow the rate of global warming.
They reduce wind speeds and cool the air as they lose moisture and reflect heat upwards from their leaves. It’s estimated that trees can reduce the temperature in a city by up to 7°C.
Trees also help prevent flooding and soil erosion, absorbing thousands of litres of stormwater.

Trees boost wildlife

Trees host complex microhabitats. When young, they offer habitation and food to amazing communities of birds, insects, lichen and fungi. When ancient, their trunks also provide the hollow cover needed by species such as bats, woodboring beetles, tawny owls and woodpeckers.
One mature oak can be home to as many as 500 different species. Richmond Park is full of such trees, which is one of the reasons it has been designated a National Nature Reserve and Site of Special Scientific Interest.

What is the importance of water? “Water is life” is such a common expression that we use it almost as a cliché. However, that phrase is probably one of the most powerfully true messages the whole creation bears witness to.  If, as we learn from geography, the earth is 2/3 water, and science says the human body is 70% water, then it goes without saying that no life can be sustained without water.  So much has been written about the importance of water. From an early age we have been taught the water cycle and how it sustains life, but we still continue to take it for granted.  We pollute water basins, rivers, and even the atmosphere that provides us with this precious commodity.
So, once again, let’s try to consider the extremely important message that water is everything and water changes everything. This article focuses on two existing scenarios, based in my two favourite countries in the world, to try and drive home the point that water is truly the centre piece of all life, and its availability – or lack thereof – is quite literally a matter of life and death.
This planet is given to us to take care of. If we are faithful in doing our part, it rewards us in sustaining our lives.            This is the right time to set the intention beacause now you have detach and no contact ...So how to you set intentions is First thing in morning when wake up imagine the person that you are with him/her feel it how happy you are...here the most important thing is to feel the emotions....as if it happening right now...FEEL IT... do it for 10 mins 15 mins thats it YOU ARE DONE now dont think about it for the whole day go with your day ...Set you intention only in the morning and set that before you go to bed...

 

 

5. AVIOD NEGATIVE VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY 

          HATE?? get that out ANGER?? if you are angry on him/her get it out  JEALOUSY???? stay out of it this are negative vibration ....we need to stay positive all the time feel LOVE instead feel HAPPY instead

      Stay in love with yourself ...when love yourself you will learn to love others...and when you love other you are at HIGH vibrational frequency and then YOU BECOME LOVE and you will attract the love from that person

 1.Stay Hydrated

              Drink lots of water drinking ..water is necessary ...it will help you remove all the toxins and will keep you fresh all day ...drinking after also helps you keep your skin clean and glowing...it keeps you full and you can avoid unhealthy munching...so drink at least 3 litter of water each day 
   And no soda drinks ❌

2. Morning exercise
