HOW TO ATTRACT WANT YOU WANT IN LIFE
1. GET OUT THE BLOCKAGES
Blockage is the hurt which you hold inside you ....the past hurt which you are holding in...this creates the blockage..when you let go the past you make the space for new thing to enter...so let go the past realese the hurt...forgive those who have hurt you and forget what hurts you..2. MAINTAIN YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
As you maintain your physical health you need to maintain your mental health too..as good food is nutrition to your body Meditation is nutrition to your mind...maintaining your mental health means being at peace...stop stressing out universe has got your back...stop over thinking...the best way to maintain your mental health is to meditate....every single morning atleast for 5 min meditate and then gradually increase the time...this will help you keep calm...and one more things is if you can watch out your breathing every hour just for a min will you a lot and will help you be in the present moment
So ya meditation is the most important thing....
3. VISUALIZING WHAT YOU WANT
Ok now after meditation bring thing you want into your visualization ....visualization works when you calm your mind...your mind gets calm when you meditate....Bring the complete scenario infront of your eyes as if it is having right now...see what you are wearing, how happy you are, how you are reacting, Visualize it perfectly is you want..
4. GET IN EMOTIONS
Visualizing is important but the most important thing is emotion...EMOTION IS ENERGY IN MOTION....While you visualize its important how you feel ....bring out the emotions, feel how happy you will be when you get want you want ...bring out the all the emotion...think as if it has already happen
5. SET IT AND FORGET IT
Now you have set your intention...now forget it and let the universe do its magic..stop thinking about it ...dont over think about it that when it is going to happen where is it...just set it and forget it...stay happy that it has already happen
