How to loose weight fast
1.Stay Hydrated
Drink lots of water drinking ..water is necessary ...it will help you remove all the toxins and will keep you fresh all day ...drinking after also helps you keep your skin clean and glowing...it keeps you full and you can avoid unhealthy munching...so drink at least 3 litter of water each day
And no soda drinks ❌
And no alcohol too ❌ 🤪
2. Morning exercise
Morning exercise helps you loose weight fast as it boasts your metabolism through out the day ....therefor go for gym , yoga or a walk anything you refer
Anyways some people exercise according to their time plan ...it’s okay something is better then nothing....

3. Diet
Following a proper diet is necessary that doesn’t mean you have to starve...eating everything but in a right proportion...keep count on our calories through out the day...50 % protein 40 % carb 10% fat... Eat healthy ( veggies,Chicken,eggs,fruits )
